Confidential Information

The technologies that enable us to collaborate with client teams across the world can also pose a risk to information that we — and our clients — want to protect.

We play an active role in keeping our own confidential information secure, and we take steps to protect any confidential information that we are entrusted with by others.

Rethink It: Keep It Confidential

We are all responsible for keeping information about our business inside the business. If you aren’t sure if another company allows us to reference them as a Rethink client, double-check with your manager and our Rights to Reference list.

Rethinkers...

  • Don’t share information about our business plans, strategies, clients, or finances with people outside of the company

  • Don’t discuss confidential matters or mention clients by name in public places

  • Never use confidential information about a company to gain another company’s trust or business

  • Never reveal that a company is a client, unless they say it’s OK for us to do so
