Fair Competition

We earn business fairly and don’t engage in dishonest activities that disservice our potential clients or our competitors. Our business practices are grounded in our values, and we must comply with competition laws.

When we treat others with fairness, we succeed on the merits of our business alone. By competing fairly, we send a message to our customers — and to the world — that our products and services stand out on their own.

Rethink It: We Compete Fairly

There may be times when prospects want to share information with us about their current training vendor, or when clients want to discuss details of other initiatives supported by our competitors. In these cases, it is important that we are extremely careful to protect not only own own confidential information, but also the confidential information of our competitors.

Sometimes, clients work with multiple vendors in our space. If you are ever asked by a client to communicate with a competing vendor, be cautious!

Our Fair Competition and Contact With Competitors Policy sets forth the rules of the road when interacting with competitors on a client's behalf.

Rethinkers...

  • Never make agreements with competitors that could be harmful to potential clients
  • Never misstate facts about competitors, our company, or our services to attempt to win business
  • Never use confidential information inappropriately to gain a competitive edge
